Massage
Relaxation Massage: Swedish-influenced, nervous system focused. Long, intentional strokes that signal safety to the body and invite genuine release, not just surface tension, but the kind that lives deeper.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy: Light-touch work that listens to the body's own rhythm. Working with the bones, membranes, and cerebrospinal fluid, Craniosacral therapy supports the central nervous system to release restrictions and return to ease. Sessions are still, subtle, and often profoundly felt.
Brie's craniosacral work is informed by the Upledger Institute and is moving toward the Visionary Craniosacral Work® approach of the Milne Institute, a lineage that treats presence as inseparable from technique, and the body as an intelligent, self-healing system.
Good for: chronic pain, headaches, trauma held in the body, nervous system dysregulation, those who find deep pressure overstimulating.
